Shaddock Cos. recently purchased Park Center at 2400 Dallas Parkway in Plano. The building spans more than 236,000 square feet and includes nearly 1,000 parking spaces. It has long served as the corporate headquarters of Capital Title of Texas as well as Shaddock Homes and Shaddock Development Company.
Going forward, the building will continue to be the central office for several Shaddock-affiliated companies, including Capital Title, Shaddock Homes, Shaddock Development, First National Title Insurance and Willow Bend Mortgage.
The purchase stamps the long-term commitment of Shaddock Cos. to Plano and highlights its investment in infrastructure and talent in North Texas.
